A New Era for Xavier Women’s Basketball

As a huge basketball fan, I’m always on the lookout for the next big thing. And let me tell you, I think I’ve found it in Jordan Miller, the newest addition to the Xavier women’s basketball team.

Xavier women’s basketball is on the rise

Miller joins the Musketeers from the Xavier women’s lacrosse team, where she was an integral part of building the foundation of the program. But what really caught my attention was her impressive stats on the lacrosse field. With 52 goals and 11 assists under her belt, I can only imagine what she’ll bring to the basketball court.

“We are excited to add Jordan to our roster as a walk on,” said Coach Billi Chambers. “She has been an integral part of building the foundation of two lacrosse programs and will fit right into the standards and culture that we value in our program.”

But what really sets Miller apart is her passion and dedication to her sport. As a three-time letterwinner in both lacrosse and basketball at Hoover HS, she’s proven herself to be a force to be reckoned with. And with her experience leading her basketball team to back-to-back district runner-up finishes, I have no doubt she’ll bring that same level of determination to the Musketeers.

As the 2024-25 season approaches, I’m excited to see what Miller will bring to the table. With her impressive skills and dedication to her sport, I have no doubt she’ll be a valuable asset to the team.
