UCLA Women’s Basketball Lands a Star: Charlisse Leger-Walker Joins the Bruins

With a storied career at Washington State, Leger-Walker brings a wealth of experience to the Bruins. She’s a three-time All-Pac-12 student-athlete, and her impressive stats speak for themselves: 1,743 points, 389 assists, 199 made threes, and 3,794 minutes played. She’s a force to be reckoned with on the court, and her leadership skills are just what the Bruins need.

A Look Back at Leger-Walker’s Impressive Career
Before joining the Bruins, Leger-Walker had an incredible run at Washington State. She was the 2020-21 Pac-12 Freshman of the Year, and racked up an impressive nine Pac-12 Player or Freshman of the Week awards. In her senior campaign, she started in 21 games, recording two triple-doubles and averaging 13.2 points, 6.5 rebounds, 5.1 assists, and 1.7 steals in 33.3 minutes per game.
