Coaching Staff
Leading the team is head coach Jennifer Rizzotti, president of the WNBA’s Connecticut Sun. Rizzotti, a UConn alumna, brings a wealth of experience to the table, having previously coached at Hartford and George Washington. Assisting her is Tammi Reiss, a four-year star at Virginia and current head coach at Rhode Island.
The Players
Cameron Brink
Stanford University’s Cameron Brink is a force to be reckoned with. Her dominant college career earned her the No. 2 pick in the 2024 WNBA draft. Brink’s impressive résumé includes a national championship in 2021, three All-American honors, and the 2024 national defensive player of the year award.
Hailey Van Lith
Hailey Van Lith, a TCU Horned Frog, has had a storied college career. Transferring to TCU prior to the 2024-25 season, Van Lith previously played for Louisville, earning first-team All-ACC honors twice. A brief stint at LSU under Kim Mulkey preceded her move to TCU.
Cierra Burdick
Cierra Burdick, a Tennessee Volunteer, boasts an impressive collegiate career. The only two-time world champion in 3x3 for Team USA basketball, Burdick’s professional career has been just as impressive.
Rhyne Howard
Rhyne Howard, a Kentucky Wildcat, put together an impressive college career. Named national freshman of the year and twice earning SEC player of the year honors (2021, 2022), Howard’s success led to her being selected as the No. 1 overall pick in the 2022 WNBA Draft.
