A native of Letts, Iowa, Corbin capped off her sophomore season at Kirkwood with an impressive Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) All-Region second-team performance. She averaged 10.6 points per game on 52.4% from the floor and 32.4% from beyond the arc, while also bringing in 6.4 rebounds per game with 37 starts in 37 matchups.
“We are very excited to welcome Kaylee to our Panther family,” said head coach Tanya Warren. “She will bring us experience and depth in our front court. She comes from one of the best junior college programs in the country and was a key piece in Kirkwood’s 2024 National Championship.”
Corbin’s high school career was just as impressive, where she attended Louisa-Muscatine High School and played under head coach Ken Spielbauer. A three-sport athlete, Corbin was a member of the basketball, volleyball, and track and field teams. She was a two-time team captain, All-Conference, and All-District talent as well as an All-State forward her senior year.

“I’ve dreamt about going to [UNI] since I first arrived at Kirkwood,” said Corbin. “I am an Iowa girl at heart and this is where my family and support is. Getting the opportunity to do what I love most, playing basketball, at a school I already loved was perfect for me. There couldn’t be a place better for me.”
