The 5-6 guard started 75 games at Northern Illinois and is expected to bring veteran leadership to the Chanticleer women’s basketball team.

Coastal Carolina women’s basketball head coach Kevin Pederson has announced that Northern Illinois transfer Jayden Marable has joined the Chanticleer women’s basketball team for the 2024-25 season.

“We needed a veteran point guard that could come in and lead this team on the court and we feel like Jayden can do that,” Pederson stated. “She is a true competitor that can score in different ways, but most importantly, she does what you need a point guard to do; she makes all of the players around her better.”
