Recently, the Boston College men’s basketball team announced the addition of Steve Smith to their coaching staff. Smith comes to the Heights from Florida State, where he served on Leonard Hamilton’s staff for the past five seasons. During his tenure with the Seminoles, Smith helped guide FSU to the Sweet 16 of the 2021 NCAA Tournament, the championship game of the 2021 ACC Tournament, and the 2020 ACC Championship.
The Tulane University women’s basketball team also made some exciting announcements, with six new additions to the 2024-25 roster. The new players include Kayla Hampton, Dyllan Hanna, Vee Keenan, Sherese Pittman, Sadie Shores, and Kianni Westbrook. These talented athletes come from a variety of backgrounds and are sure to bring a new level of excitement to the team.
In other basketball news, the BG Göttingen team has been making waves in the Basketball Bundesliga. With a strong team and talented players, they are definitely a team to watch in the upcoming season.
